“What a lovely stay we had at The Ness Guest House! Room was comfortable and clean and lacked for nothing. The breakfast was very good, including the coffee! The location was perfect, very quiet but walkable to the downtown. Two different restaurants were just steps away, making it easy to grab a meal after a long day of travel. Most special of all was the owner, Susan. She was warm and friendly, so engaging and accommodating. I highly recommend thid B&B!!!”
“My wife and I recently stayed here while in Inverness. Susan and Richard have a beautiful B&B, our room was quiet, comfortable, spacious, and very clean. The location is extremely convenient to walk around Inverness and the included parking is a nice bonus. Breakfast was delicious and filling. A really excellent value that we highly recommend. “We were very impressed and happy with this B&B and especially the proprietor we met, Susan. The room and bathroom had everything we needed and wanted. We especially appreciated being able to open the window to let in cool October air and not be overwhelmed with noise. Susan had great tips on places to check out and how to get there, which were short walks. It was great to leave the car behind! We fully enjoyed our breakfast in the front room, a perfect start to our day.”
